With regard to industrial facilities and multi-storey buildings with centralized heating, the need for design is beyond doubt. At a minimum, everything should be calculated in advance for security reasons. Heating is always high temperatures, the danger of equipment overheating, explosion if connected or used incorrectly.

After the inspection of the boiler house building and receipt of the geological survey report, the preparation of the thermal calculation is carried out, after which the Customer is provided with the General Data project. After approval and approval of preliminary estimate documentation, the design department of our company develops heat supply schemes, pipe routing, writing specifications for the project, design of power supply networks, chimneys, development of a design for heating, water supply, ventilation and wastewater treatment systems. The project of automation and dispatching systems for boiler houses is in progress.

Since the project of the boiler house must necessarily be agreed with a number of organizations, institutions and regulatory bodies, our company will undertake all the work to collect the necessary documents and coordinate the project of the boiler house with government services.

Before installing the equipment, we will carry out all the necessary calculations and prepare a place for the necessary equipment. The boiler room will be equipped in accordance with all fire safety standards and take into account the necessary building codes and regulations of Ukraine.

SOLID FUEL BOILERS

The main advantage of solid fuel boiler houses is the low cost of raw materials. The entry to the market of cheap raw materials and modern combustion and fuel supply systems is the main factor in choosing this system for a boiler house, and against the background of rising prices for liquid and gas fuels, the choice of such a system is more stable in terms of costs. Modern solid fuel heating systems will allow you to control the volumes of fuel supply and the temperature in the system at different levels. But as a disadvantage is the cost of equipment, additional costs for waste treatment, organization of storage and supply of raw materials, needs control and maintenance.

LIQUID FUEL BOILERS

The choice of a liquid fuel boiler house is dictated by its compactness, precise supply of raw materials for combustion. A special criterion for choosing systems is the availability of a cheap fuel source – fuel oil, waste oil, diesel fuel. Getting cheap raw materials from production waste becomes a decisive factor in choosing this system for a boiler house. Unlike a solid fuel system, there is no need for storage space for raw materials, an accurate and inexpensive fuel supply system, does not require a lot of time for maintenance and operation control. Oil-fired boilers are potentially hazardous systems. During installation, it requires to comply with a number of safety standards.

GAS BOILERS

Modern gas boiler houses are considered one of the best in terms of efficiency – they can reach 95%. A high percentage of efficiency and system reliability is a guarantee of uninterrupted heat supply. The fuel of the boiler house is environmentally friendly, there will be no problems with pollution of the surrounding space, in some cases this is an extremely important point. The equipment occupies a small volume of space, which makes the entire installation compact. Installation of gas, water, heat meters allows you to control the use of resources with great accuracy. Gas boiler houses will fully provide the consumer with heat and hot water. They are quick and easy to install and not difficult to operate, fully automated. Lack of gas boiler room is the danger of working with gas under pressure. All equipment and work must be carried out with professional precision. Correct installation will avoid gas leakage and equipment damage.
